Suzanne’s professional career and personal life have long centered on the buildings and homes that surround us. As a first generation American, she is acutely aware of the need to find your way to a home that welcomes you. As a licensed Illinois construction and development attorney, she understands the intricacies of how real estate is built and exchanged. And as a realtor and native of the Chicagoland area, she is passionate about this great city, helping clients find that perfect home (whatever that may be to them) or the neighborhood that turns their daily lives into a lifestyle of joy and comfort. 

Suzanne found her way to real estate both in renovating and building homes and practicing law in the construction field. When her own family’s last home search took years to come to fruition (and involved a large renovation), she knew she gained experience that was invaluable. A regular sounding board and counselor on residential and commercial projects, Suzanne focuses on all aspects of the residential and investment markets in neighborhoods on the north and west sides, as well the surrounding suburbs. She is a trusted advisor, skilled in negotiating deals every day, and looks forward to helping clients wherever their real estate needs take them.

Suzanne lives in the Lincoln Park neighborhood with her husband and three children. You can usually find her hanging out with her family at a baseball diamond, a local park, or one of many local restaurants. As a city enthusiast, Suzanne has extensive knowledge of many of its 77 neighborhoods and loves exploring the uniqueness of each of them. In her free time, Suzanne enjoys volunteering at her kids’ schools (each of whom attend CPS), cheering on the Illini, walking her lovable English black lab, traveling when she can get away, and breaking bread with friends and family alike.
